Siola.com guarantees the right to return your order for all purchases according to art. 5 DLgs. N. 206/2005, with conditions that may differ according to the type of purchase and the country from which the order was placed.
The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, except for any special conditions previously communicated.
To request a return authorization, the Customer has two options:
- By accessing your user area, after registering, and making the request by clicking on the appropriate button from the list of orders placed.
- By writing to our customer service [email protected]. The codes of the items for which it is requested must be specified in the e-mail. Once the request is received, the customer service of Siola Srl will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
The goods to return need to be sent to Via Chiaia 111/115 Naples Italy 80122, c/o Siola Srl.
All returned items will be inspected by the siola.com staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Siola Srl also reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the return and communicated to the Customer.
To send Siola Srl one or more returns, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the Siola Srl website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment. The garment must eventually be tried on without removing the tag. The return will be accepted only with a perfectly intact garment.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) - The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packed and packed in an appropriate way.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the Courier no later than 30 days from the date of purchase.
F) - The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, must submit the return procedure by writing an email to [email protected].
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Siola Srl reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.
ITALY The return is free, except for purchases of products on sale, in which case the return cost of € 10 will be deducted from the refund.
For all other regions there are the following options and thresholds:
EUROPE The return is free, except for purchases of products on sale, in which case the return cost of € 20 will be deducted from the refund.
EUROPE (extra EEC) The return and any customs clearance costs will be charged during the reimbursement phase.
UK The return and any customs clearance costs will be charged at the refund stage.
SWITZERLAND The return and any customs clearance costs will be charged at the refund stage.
USA The return and any customs clearance costs will be charged at the refund stage.
JAPAN Returns and any customs clearance costs will be charged at the refund stage.
SOUTH KOREA The return and any customs clearance costs will be charged at the reimbursement stage.
REST OF THE WORLD Returns and any customs clearance costs will be charged at the refund stage.
Once the return procedure has taken place correctly, in compliance with all the conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund it will be made in the same way the payment was made, within 10 working days from the moment the product will be evaluated in our warehouse.
Terms of delivery
Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery document with reserve or refuse the delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported by sending an e-mail to our customer service. If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to siola.com will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to siola.com at the expense of the Customer. In this case, siola.com will be responsible for deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
